I have been working in the Early Childhood Sector for the last 25 years in various roles.

This has included Long daycare, Kindergarten, Occasional care and Multi-age settings.

 

The roles have included providing care as an Educator for Babies, Toddlers and three to five year old children running programs and curriculums under the Australian Early Years Learning Framework.

 

Roles have been varied

Room Leader in Council, Private and Community Centres, Teaching Fellow Role with Melbourne University, 2nd in Charge Position, Educational Leader, Kindergarten Teacher, Sector Consultant providing individualised workshops and Teaching Family Daycare Providers in regards to the unit - creating inviting play spaces through Tafe Colleges.

 

Marchetti Kids is the next leap in sharing my experiences, knowledge, understanding and passion for the Early Years of Education and the sector.

 

I am hear to listen, share, provoke, ask questions, guide, learn and evolve.

Creating a community for like minded people to thrive and grow together as we work with children.
